Birth and Death date conflict

The current article edition (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Ed_Haley&oldid=1168862242) dates conflict the West Virginia Encyclopedia as of Aug 6 2023 states only the birth year as 1883 and death date of 4 Feb 1951 at https://www.wvencyclopedia.org/articles/122 could someone check these? Birth date is confirmed as 16 August 1883, with primary sources. See https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Haley-5213, which has his World War II registration card as source for birth date, here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QKC4-PGR3. His Find A Grave memorial (https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/75595795/james-edward-haley) has a photo of his gravestone showing 1883 as a birth year. 109.51.173.179 (talk) 21:02, 9 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
