Contested deletion
This article should not be speedy deleted as having no substantive content, because... the DMR, designated member review, is one of the standard protocols of the NIH for IACUCS and IRBs. NHS Policy
The Designated Member Review (DMR) or Designated Subcommittee Review (DSR) is PHS policy.
Criteria for calling for DMR is usually for an amendment to an existing protocol (a new protocol is generally not via DMR), where the amendment is thought by the Chair to not require much debate (the proposed change or addition is minor).
