Possible copyvio

This article appears to contain text from a Word document embedded in CONCEPT NOTE at ProposalISFCameroun's wiki. The content seems to be licensed under a "Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike 3.0 License", however I do not see any attribution associated with the text here. Merge/restructure

The present Prospectus disambiguation page should be developed into an umbrella article for the articles it redirects to which have common features. Concept note really fits better as an alternative name for the general concept of a prospectus rather than the other way around, and prospectus I imagine will supply a ready source of historical depth which I doubt is available for concept note.
