What is the criterion for nationality here? Birth country, citizenship, practice location? I came upon Gehry listed as Canadian; Giurgola as American. Makes no sense under any criterion. I appended with hyphenates for these and others such as Paul Cret and Eliel Saarinen. (Should Giurgola be listed as Italy-U.S.-Australia? I believe he took Australian citizenship, but after receiving the Gold Medal.)
