Susanna Sullivan (born May 13, 1990) is an American-born distance runner. Sullivan took 3rd place at the 2022 Grandma's Marathon from Two Harbors to Duluth, Minnesota. She then won the 2022 Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run elite women's race[4] and placed 6th at 2022 Chicago Marathon.

She built on her training to place top 10 at 2023 London Marathon, netting her a spot on the US team for the 2023 World Championship Marathon in Budapest, Hungary, along with Lindsay Flanagan and Keira D'Amato.

Sullivan took the lead in the first section of the race in the hot weather. The field of elites at one point was nearly two minutes behind her as the announcers told her story and she reached unimpeded for her water bottles. She faded in the later miles to finish 58th in 2:44:24 while Amane Beriso took the win in 2:24:23.
