Structure of the immune system
In the hepatic lobule of the human digestive system, the space of Möll lies between the limiting plate and the connective tissue of the portal triad.[1]
It receives lymph from the space of Disse, "originates" more lymph, and drains it into the surrounding lymphatic vessels.[2] Perfluorooctane Sulfonate can cause damage to the liver, and specifically this space, while quercetin might undue that damage.[2]
