In January 2017, Perry rejoined Brighton & Hove Albion.[3] In January 2019, she joined Championship club Lewes on loan for the remainder of the 2018–19 season.[5]
In February 2012 Perry received her first call-up to the senior Republic of Ireland squad, for the 2012 Algarve Cup.[9]
She made her debut with the Irish national team against Wales at the second game of the Algarve Cup on 3 March 2012. The match finished in a 0–0 draw.[10]
In 2019, Perry founded Piing Academy in Pattaya, Thailand, recognizing a need for dedicated youth football programs, especially for girls. The academy was established to provide quality football training within a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting not just athletic skills but also personal growth and team spirit among young players. Under her leadership, Piing Academy quickly became known for its commitment to excellence and community engagement, making it a pivotal institution in local youth sports.
