Shemshak-e Pain (Persian : شمشك پايين )[ a] was a village in Rudbar-e Qasran Rural District of Rudbar-e Qasran District , Shemiranat County , Tehran province, Iran .
Demographics
Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 460 in 130 households.[ 4] The following census in 2011 counted 371 people in 120 households.[ 2]
After the census, the villages of Darband Sar , Darrud , Jirud , Sefidestan , Shemshak-e Bala , and Shemshak-e Pain merged to establish the city of Shemshak .[ 5]
