Martos Gornés has won 6 ATP Challenger doubles titles at the 2021 Rafa Nadal Open, 2021 Vesuvio Cup, 2022 San Marino Open, the 2023 Tenerife Challenger, and in 2024 in Bahrain and in Czechia.

He made his Grand Slam debut at the 2024 French Open as a protected ranking pair partnering Pablo Carreno Busta.
