Olowo Rerengejen
Olowo Rerengejen was the traditional ruler of Owo Kingdom, Ondo state, southwestern Nigeria. He was the King that married Queen Oronsen, the goddess that brought about Igogo festival.[1][2][3] Early lifeOlowo Rerengejen was born in 1400 AD in Owo, Ondo State. He succeeded Ojugbelu Arere as the traditional ruler of the Owo Kingdom and was married to Queen Oronsen.[1][2][3] DeathOlowo Rerengejen died in Owo in 1500 AD.[1][2] References
