Olowo Rerengejen was the traditional ruler of Owo Kingdom, Ondo state, southwestern Nigeria. He was the King that married Queen Oronsen, the goddess that brought about Igogo festival.[1][2][3]

Early life

Olowo Rerengejen was born in 1400 AD in Owo, Ondo State. He succeeded Ojugbelu Arere as the traditional ruler of the Owo Kingdom and was married to Queen Oronsen.[1][2][3]

Death

Olowo Rerengejen died in Owo in 1500 AD.[1][2]
