Nirjhar Pratapgarhi is an Indian poet of Awadhi as well Hindi language^{[clarification needed]} and archaeologist from Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, India.^[1]^[2] His real name is Rajesh Pandey.^[3]

He is the founder of India's first village museum, Ajgra Sangrahalay, in Raniganj tehsil, Pratapgarh district.^[4]
