Netcore Cloud was founded on December 9, 1997.[ 9] [ 10] [ 11] [ 12]
In 1997, Netcore started as a provider of end-to-end Linux -based messaging, collaboration, and archiving services.[ 13] SMS marketing platform for enterprises.[ 14] [ 15] email marketing platform.[ 16] [ 17]
In 2012, Netcore developed mobility voice solution, which offered IVR , Missed Call , and Outbound Dialing (OBD) services.[ 15] cross-channel marketing automation platform.[ 18]
Between 2016 and 2017, the company expanded to Southeast Asia , Africa, and the United States, while also launching a new brand identity.[ 19] [ 20] chatbots , AI, and machine learning into its services.[ 21] [ 22] [ 23] [ 24]
