Mexicana Universal USA is a pageant in the United States that selects the national representative for the national Mexicana Universal pageant (before called Nuestra Belleza México).

Given the great value that the Mexican community has in the United States, who despite time and distance maintain love for their roots and promote the values and qualities of Mexicans, in 2021 we open this opportunity for a young Mexican resident in the United States, she can aspire to represent her country Mexico in important international events, becoming "participant #33" in the national grand final in Mexico. The current winner of Mexicana Universal USA is Sayra García from Sacramento, California but with Mexican roots in the state of Michoacán.
Nearly 40 million Mexicans live in the United States, which means that we are a valuable and important population group for that country. Thanks to our countrymen and their love for Mexico, our culture, traditions, festivals and gastronomy have permeated North American culture.
