Masaya Notomi

Masaya Notomi from the NTT Basic Research Laboratories, Atsugi, Kanagawa, Japan was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2013[1] for leadership in the development of photonic crystals and applications.
