Manuel Planchart (born 4 October 1942) is a Venezuelan sprinter. He competed in the men's 100 metres at the 1968 Summer Olympics.[1]

Planchart competed in the 1962 Central American and Caribbean Games, and he won seven medals at the 1964 South American Junior Championships in Athletics, 1965 South American Championships in Athletics, and in athletics at the 1965 Bolivarian Games.[2]
