Luke Hodson is the founder and owner of Nerds Collective.[1] Hodson is recognised for his work in connecting brands with youth communities, particularly Generation Z audiences. Luke Hodson began his career taking over Urban Nerds, a London-based youth lifestyle brand and events collective established in 2007. Originally rooted in East London's underground music and streetwear scene, Urban Nerds combined live music events, fashion, and online culture. It gained recognition for hosting early performances by emerging artists such as Katy B, Tinchy Stryder, and Professor Green. It also introduced a clothing line featuring a bandana-and-sunglasses logo.[2] In 2012, Hodson acquired and turned Urban Nerds into a youth-focused creative agency. The agency aimed to connect brands with young audiences through content and events.[2] He launched the NERDS Collective agency in 2013 and subsequently worked with international brands such as Puma, Nike, Burger & Lobste and Ellesse.[3]< Hodson appeared on the 2016 Forbes 30 Under 30 list.[1][3]
