Le M Residence (Chinese : 馥華艾美 ) is a complex of skyscrapers located in Xinban Special District , New Taipei , Taiwan . The complex consists of two skyscrapers: a residential tower with a height of 172 m (564 ft) comprising 46 floors above ground with five basement levels; a hotel tower with a height of 145.2 m (476 ft) and comprises 31 floors above ground with four basement levels.[ 1] Construction of the complex began in 2014 and is completed in 2024.[ 2] The building occupies an area of 11,691 m2 (125,840 sq ft) and the total cost of the construction the complex is approximately NT$15 billion.[ 3] Upon opening in 2025, the hotel tower will be managed by Le Méridien .[ 4] [ 5]
