Konstantina Sotiriou (Greek: Κωνσταντίνα Σωτηρίου) (born 30 July 2000) is a Greek model, primary school teacher, ballerina and beauty pageant titleholder. She is the first representative of Greece to attend Miss Cosmo 2024 and achieved Top 21.[1][2][3]

Early life

Konstantina Sotiriou was born in Serres, Greece. She graduated from the Faculty of Education at the University of Macedonia. She was previously a ballet dancer and an elementary school teacher. Graduating with a master's degree in Special Education, Konstantina merges her passion for dance with her professional journey, embodying strength, kindness, and determination. Her work in inclusive education and her involvement in technology highlights her commitment to continuous learning and community impact.

Miss Cosmo Greece 2024

She first participated in the national beauty pageant Star Hellas 2022 and won the title of Runner-up. With that title, she was appointed as the first Miss Cosmo Greece to participate in Miss Cosmo 2024.[4][5]
