Kiribati competed at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris from 26 July to 11 August 2024. This was Kiribati's sixth appearance at the Olympics. I-Kiribati athletes have participated in every Summer Olympics since the nation's debut in 2004.

The following is the list of number of competitors in the Games.
Kiribati sent one sprinter to compete at the 2024 Summer Olympics.[1] At 16 years old Kenaz Kaniwete was the youngest competitor across the athletics events; he finished fifth in his preliminary round heat in a personal best of 11.29 seconds but did not qualify for the next round.[2]

Kiribati qualified one judoka for the following weight class at the Games. Nera Tiebwa (women's lightweight, 57 kg) qualified via a continental quota based on Olympic point rankings.[3]
Kiribati entered one weightlifter into the Olympic competition. Kaimauri Erati (men's 61 kg) secured one quota to participate in his weight division based on the allocation of a universality spot.[4]
