Rural District in West Azerbaijan, Iran
Kenarporuzh Rural District (Persian : دهستان كنارپروژ )[ 3] is in the Central District of Salmas County , West Azerbaijan province, Iran .[ 4] Its capital is the village of Tamar .[ 5]
Demographics
Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 6,175 in 1,303 households.[ 6] There were 5,653 inhabitants in 1,472 households at the following census of 2011.[ 7] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 5,045 in 1,431 households. The most populous of its 15 villages was Tamar , with 860 people.[ 2]
