Katrin Kauschke (born 13 September 1971 in Braunschweig, Lower Saxony) is a former field hockey midfield player from Germany.

Kauschke was a member of the Women's National Team that won the silver medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain.[1][2] She competed in three consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1992. In total, she has represented Germany in 190 matches.[3]

During her club career, she played for Eintracht Braunschweig and Berliner HC.
