Juliana Habib Lorduy (March 10, 2000) is a Colombian social communicator, model and beauty pageant titleholder. Habib represented her native department of Córdoba in Miss Colombia 2021, where she placed among the 10 finalists.[4]

Habib was designated on July 26, 2021 as the new Miss Córdoba, which gave her a place to represent her department in Miss Colombia 2021.[5][6]

In the pageant she stood out as one of the favorite candidates to obtain the title of Miss Colombia 2021, which was held at that time by María Fernanda Aristizábal. Her performance allowed her to be among the 10 finalists on the night of November 14, 2021 in the city of Cartagena, as is customary in the tradition of the beauty pageant, in which Valentina Espinosa was the seventh woman from Bolívar to become Miss Colombia.[7]
Controversy
Hours after the election, Habib's mother, Carolina Lorduy, dissatisfied with the position obtained by her daughter, left derogatory comments about the body of winner Valentina Espinosa. Lorduy expressed her discontent through a video hours after the crowning of the winner through Instagram, commenting that the winner had stretch marks on her body, describing it as a horror and expressing the decline of the Miss Colombia pageant.[8][9]
Days later, through a statement, she offered a public apology to the winner, saying "I want to apologize to Valentina Espinosa, a woman worthy representative of the beauty of our Caribbean region and who will surely shine and leave the name of our country high in any contest or stage where she appears".[10][11]
