Josh Charlton (born 20 February 2003) is a British track and road cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Saint Piran.^[1]

He competes at his debut elite Track World Championships in October 2024.^[2] He is a former world record holder in Individual Pursuit, becoming the third man ever to drop from the 4min mark, and the second at the sea level.
