Josep Maria Comelles (born, 1949)[2] is a Spanish[3] anthropologist and physician.[4] He is Professor Emeritus at the University of Rovira i Virgili.[5]

Biography

Comelles graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Barcelona, received a Master of Science in Psychiatry[3] from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Anthropology[6] from the School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences.[7]
