"I Know I Know" is a song by American country music singer Stella Lefty, released on May 1, 2026 as the fourth single from her second EP Is This Heaven? (2026). She wrote the song with Grace Enger, Jacob Kasher Hindlin and its producer Joe Reeves.

Background and composition

"I Know I Know" is a banjo-laced song that follows the narrator trying to move on from a relationship while at a night out. However, she is reminded of her ex upon drinking alcohol and struggles to escape her loneliness.[1][2]

Discussing the song with Billboard, Stella Lefty said: "I feel like all of my friends, this is the thing we always talk about. You go out and you want to have this night out with your friends, then all of a sudden you start drinking and you start thinking about that one person that haunts you. So, we wrote about it, but in a really lighthearted, fun way."[2]
