Gongolaria elegans

Gongolaria elegans (syn. Cystoseira elegans ) is a species of brown algae in the family Sargassaceae endemic to the Mediterranean.[ 2]
Hydroxylated diterpenoid -hydroquinones can be isolated from C. elegans .[ 3]
