Gerald Colville Seymour Curtis , OBE was High Sheriff of Essex [ 1] from 1973 to 1974.[ 2]
The son of Sir George Curtis, KCSI [ 3] he was an administrator in the Indian Civil Service .[ 4] In 1935 he married Decima Pryor[ 5] at Bishops Stortford .[ 6]
