Possible COI or worse

This page as well as several others created in the last few days by an IP all show a high degree of sophistication, as do some of the other edits currently listed for the IP. All the newly created pages are connected to the same university and group within that university. The edit pattern suggests at the very least COI, perhaps UPE or even block evasion.
