Victrix LLC is an experienced real estate developer in adaptive reuse, specializing in converting historic office/commercial buildings into residential units. Recent projects including - LiveWell Apartments[1][2] (at 500 Wood Street (also known as 300 6th Avenue) in Pittsburgh, PA), originally the McCreery Department Store designed by Daniel Burnham in 1904, and, more recently, was the former GNC HQ opened in 2022. 7w7 Apartments[3][4] (at 7 West 7th Street in Cincinnati, OH), previously the Macy's Building (Cincinnati) opened in 2025, winning the NAIOP Design of the Year award for its innovative reuse. And current project at Crew Tower (at 441 Vine Street in Cincinnati, OH), formerly the tallest building in Cincinnati.
