Tradify is a New Zealand-founded technology company that develops job management software for trade and field service businesses.[1] It was founded in 2010 in Auckland by electrician Curtis Bailey. The company’s software has been reported on by New Zealand and international business media in connection with its funding and subsequent acquisition.[2]
History
Tradify was established in 2010 to develop administrative management software for tradespeople.[1] In March 2021, the company completed a NZ$10 million Series A funding round led by the venture capital firm Movac, with participation from Icehouse Ventures and others. The investment supported expansion into Australia and the United Kingdom.[1]
In October 2024, The Access Group announced its acquisition of Tradify. Reports in New Zealand business media placed the value of the transaction above NZ$100 million.[3][4]
