The company provides software for community financial institutions, with a focus on back-end automation for commercial lending, consumer lending, and deposit operations. The company is one of the largest fintech companies in Arkansas since 2023, according to Arkansas Business.

The company began as 3E Software and was founded in 2008 by Joe Ehrhardt.^[2]
