Ryan Rowley
Ryan Rowley is an Australian basketball coach who serves as an assistant coach for the Otago Nuggets of the New Zealand National Basketball League (NZNBL).[1]
Coaching career
Rowley joined the coaching staff of the Otago Nuggets as an assistant coach under head coach Jeff Sparrow. The Nuggets are a professional basketball team based in Dunedin, New Zealand, competing in the New Zealand National Basketball League.[2]
As part of the Nuggets coaching staff, Rowley has worked in player development and game preparation within the club's high-performance environment.[3]
Education
Rowley attended Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.[4]
Community involvement
Outside of basketball, Rowley has participated in community and sporting initiatives. He has volunteered with the Alannah & Madeline Foundation's Buddy Bag program, assisting with initiatives aimed at supporting children affected by violence.[5]
He has also been involved in Australian rules football events, including assisting with officiating and operations at AFL Next Generation Academy (NGA) Games events.[6]
