Rock Lititz is a private rehearsal and production campus.^[1][2] It is located in Lititz, Pennsylvania. It is housed on a 150 acre campus and includes over 40 tenant companies, providing design and production support for touring shows.^[3][4]

It has served musicians including The Rolling Stones, Lady Gaga, Aerosmith, and Taylor Swift.^[5] The company's history include several production companies linked to it, among others are Clair Global, Tait Towers, and Atomic Design.^[6]

In 2011, partners Troy Clair and Late Great Real Estate purchased a 96-acre farm adjacent to Clair Global, which would later become Lititz's headquarters, with the intention of creating a collaborative campus for live events. The Rock Lititz initiative gained momentum through community events like the Rock Lititz Tour bike race and the renovation of a floor in the General Sutter Inn (now Lititz Springs Inn and Spa).^[7][8][9]

In 2012, with Warwick Township's approval, the partnership began construction. In September 2014, the 30,000 square foot Rock Lititz Studio 1 was opened. It contains rehearsal space, 100 foot ceiling, and attached offices and amenities.^[10]

Rock Lititz expanded in 2015 with the development of "Pod 2," a 250,000 square-foot multi-tenant facility for live event service providers.^[11][12] In 2016, "Hotel Rock Lititz" was added to the campus, featuring a restaurant, lounge, and amenities for public guests and performing artists.^[13]

In 2021, "Pod 5" was constructed to accommodate additional business tenants.^[14] In thr same year, "Mickey's Black Box" opened as 750 seat entertainment venue for live performances.^[15] Carlos Santana and Earth, Wind & Fire gave a private performance to celebrate the opening of the venue. Studio 2 was added in April 2022, in which Gov.-elect Josh Shapiro's inaugural celebration was held in December 2022.^[16]

Rock Litiz maintains strict privacy on acts that are on campus in design, build or rehearsal stage. Several prominnet stars have been spotted in Lititz and the surrounding area during these times. Because of the secrecy maintained by Rock Litiz and the Lititz small town atmosphere, the sightings make the local news.^[22]

In August 2023, while shopping for a shower head, Steven Tyler of Aerosmith was spotted by a teenage girl in a local hardware store. The girl asked Tyler if he would wait while she summoned her mother who was a big fan. Tyler obliged and at the end of the visit Tyler asked the young girl if she had ever been kissed? Upon replying "no", Tyler kissed the 14 year-old saying, "Well now you can tell everyone you got your first kiss from a rock star".^[23]
