Proctor360 Inc. was incorporated in Virginia on October 4, 2018, according to records filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.^[2]

In 2019, the company raised approximately $80,000 through an equity crowdfunding campaign on the StartEngine platform.^[3] A second crowdfunding offering was conducted on Netcapital between August 2021 and January 2023.^[4]
