Born in 1993 in Ndola, Zambia, Nev Cee has built a multifaceted career defined by musical versatility, creativity, and a passion for storytelling through both music and visual media.
He spent his early years in Ndola, where he attended Kansenshi Primary School for his primary and junior secondary education. In 2007, he relocated with his family to Kabwe, in Zambia's Central Province, where he later enrolled at Highridge High School in 2008. It was during this period that his passion for music and the creative arts continued to grow.
Committed to personal and professional development, Nev Cee pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor of Arts with Education from Kwame Nkrumah University. He has also obtained professional qualifications in Social Media Marketing, Customer Service, and Communication and Problem-Solving Skills, equipping him with a diverse skill set that complements his creative career.

In Zambia, he has worked with notable names such as Drimz, Jemax, Jae Cash, and Genesis, while internationally he has collaborated with Mrash from Kenya, BlueJ Pato from Uganda, and artists from Zimbabwe, broadening his reach beyond Zambia's borders.
His talent has earned industry recognition over the years. In 2014, Nev Cee received a nomination for Best Male Pop Artist at the Zee Music Awards, competing alongside legendary Zambian musician JK. Four years later, in 2018, he won the Best ZamUp Upcoming ZedPop Song of the Year award for the collaborative hit "Nkwatemo Touch", recorded alongside Genesis.
