In 2015, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal and Will Boudreaux announced an expansion of Ntchex's Lousiana headquarters.[6] The expansion involved the creation of jobs at an to the people in the states and across the world.[7][8] The announcement was supported by Louisiana Economic Development (LED) and recognized by GNO, Inc. (Greater New Orleans, Inc.).[9]

At the time of the acquisition, Netchex reported more clients across United States which leads to an increase in annual revenue while both Boudreaux and Ethridge, retained the ownership stake and continue in exclusive roles following the acquisition through Lincoln International on behalf of the selling party, Primus Capital Partners.[10][11][12] [13]The company continued to grow its client base and workforce in subsequent years, expanding its payroll services footprint and bringing additional jobs to the Mandeville area.[14][15]
In 2026, Netchex acquired Mesh ai, an AI native performance management platform, in a transaction advised by Venero Capital Advisors, expanding its capabilities in performance management and artificial intelligence within its human capital management.[16] At Launch Mesh, which comprises Penny, Atlas, Sentinel, Nova, and Nettie operate continuously across payroll time. scheduling, and HR data within the Netchex mobile applications[17]
