Mike Rafi is an American personal injury attorney, legal commentator, and the founder of Rafi Law Firm, a personal injury law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia.^[1] He is known for his legal education content on social media platforms including TikTok and YouTube, where his videos have collectively accumulated over one billion views.^[2] Since founding his firm in 2015, Rafi and his team have recovered more than $200 million in settlements and verdicts for clients.^[3]

Rafi graduated cum laude from Furman University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.^[4] While at Furman, he served as captain of the Mock Trial Team and interned for U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham.^[5] He earned his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2011.^[6] During law school, he competed on the National Moot Court and Mock Trial Teams, won the Ralph J.
