i2B Limited is a British software company that develops cloud-based procurement and purchase-to-pay (P2P) software. The company provides solutions for procurement automation, supplier onboarding, sourcing, purchase order management, invoice processing, spend analysis, and supplier collaboration. Its products are designed to integrate with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and support procurement and finance functions across a range of industries.
History
i2B was founded by procurement and ERP professionals to address inefficiencies in supplier communication and procurement processes. The company was incorporated in the United Kingdom on 28 February 2002 as I2B Limited.[1]
The company developed a cloud-based procurement platform intended to connect buyers, suppliers, procurement teams and finance departments through a single software environment. According to the company, the platform was designed to complement existing ERP investments rather than replace them.[2]
