GuidenAI Inc. is an American artificial intelligence software company based in San Francisco, California. Its flagship product is Broxi, a no-code platform for building and deploying AI agents.[1][2] The company was founded in 2024 by Katelyn Ho and Jason Giang.[1][3]

History

GuidenAI Inc. was incorporated in Delaware in 2024 and registered as a foreign corporation in California on May 23, 2024, with offices in San Francisco.[3] The company was co-founded by Katelyn Ho, who serves as chief executive officer, and Giang Hung Tien (known professionally as Jason Giang), who serves as chief technology officer.[1]

According to the company, GuidenAI's first product was a consumer travel application released under the GuidenAI name, described as an AI-assisted trip-planning tool.[1] The travel application was later discontinued, and the company refocused on Broxi, a no-code platform for creating AI agents.[2]

Products

Broxi is presented by the company as a no-code tool that allows users to build and deploy AI agents without programming, with the stated aim of making AI agent development accessible to non-technical users.[2] The company has described an automated agent-building capability it calls "Broxi Autopilot."[6] Product and developer documentation is published through the company's documentation site.[6]
