EcoSet is an environmental production resource for the creative industries located in Los Angeles, California. The company implements Zero Waste practices for productions and events, and recirculates excess or discarded production and event materials back into the community for reuse. The company's mission is to work towards "the transition to a creative circular economy, a new business as usual, and a better behind-the-scenes"^{[1][non-primary source needed]} The company is WBENC (Women's Business Enterprise National Council)^[2] women-owned and Los Angeles Green Business^[3] certified sustainable.

Film, TV, media, marketing and advertising clients partner with EcoSet to give a second life to sets, set dressing, props and other production materials. Working with EcoSet minimizes Scope 3 emissions and avoids sending useful resources to local waste systems.^[1]

EcoSet was founded in 2009 by Shannon Bart and Executive Director Kris Barberg. Bart founded EcoSet and created an "Eco Crew" function as a new department on film sets; Barberg joined the company in 2009 and became a partner in 2012.^[4] It is a currently operating company, working with notable brands and companies such as Netflix, HBO, Target, and more.

Services offered include Zero Waste services and Reuse services. Zero Waste services entail "on set Eco Crew and end-to-end services include recycling, composting, donating food and redirecting reusable creative materials throughout the entire production", while Reuse services are "Back-end material reuse services include asset purges, storage clear-outs, redistribution of Set Dec and Scenic elements. Pick up and drop off services for large and small volumes available".^{[5][non-primary source needed]}

EcoSet offers scenic, space, and equipment rentals. Equipment rentals available include 20lb sandbags, recycle bins, frames, chairs, furny pads, wardrobe racks, garment steamers, etc.^{[citation needed]}

Through their "Material Oasis" program, EcoSet offers free materials for production reuse such as props, set dressing, lumber, arts and crafts materials, PVC, shipping and packing materials, and more. These products come from previous sets where items went unused or used and discarded for no further use. Schools and 501c3 organizations are eligible for a free access membership.^[1]
