DealValue Group is a Dutch holding company that manages digital platforms for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and business transfers. The company was formed in 2023 through the consolidation of the business-transfer platform Brookz and the European M&A platform Dealsuite.

The group operates in the European mid-market and SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) sectors, providing software and data services for M&A professionals.

The company was established in 2023 to combine the operations of Brookz and Dealsuite. In October 2023, the Dutch investment firm Value8 acquired a 31% stake in Brookz and subsequently combined it with Dealsuite under the DealValue Group structure.^[1]
