Frederic Steinbauer (born c. 1990),[1] also known as Callboy Alex, is a German escort and media personality based in Nuremberg.[2]

Career

Steinbauer works primarily as an escort in Nuremberg.[3] According to an interview, his typical clients are women between 25 and 35 years of age.[4]

Media appearances

Steinbauer has been on the podcast heiß & innig, produced by Nürnberger Nachrichten, several times since 2021 to discuss how he became a "callboy". He returned in later episodes, including a 2023 episode on threesomes[5] and a 2024 episode about a booking by a couple in a BDSM studio in Fürth.[6]

He has been interviewed by the magazine Stern about his work and about a couple who booked his services,[7] and by Edit.[8]

On television, he appeared in the RTL series Stranger Sins[9] and as a participant in the dating show Der Heiratsmarkt, where his work as a callboy became a topic of the programme and of accompanying tabloid coverage in Bild.[10][11] He also appeared in a docutainment by Stuttgarter Zeitung.[12]

Personal life

As of 2021, Steinbauer lived in Nuremberg and has a daughter.[4]
