Atlas Digital Group is an American software company that provides e-commerce and sales automation technology for broadband service providers.

History

Atlas Digital Group was founded in 2017 in St. Louis, Missouri. In March 2023, the company raised $2 million in seed funding led by Cultivation Capital, with participation from Cequel III and broadband industry executives.[1] This followed an earlier $3 million funding round led by Cultivation Capital in 2021.[2] As of 2025, the company employs fewer than 50 people. In November 2025, Atlas Digital Group announced that it had acquired Intuition, a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform used by broadband providers to manage operations such as installation workflows, inventory, billing, and fulfillment.[3]

Products and Services

Atlas’s primary product is the Atlas CORE platform, launched in 2020. The software provides broadband operators with tools to manage online, field, and call center sales. Features include address matching, customer journey customization, multivariate testing, and integrations with operational support and billing systems.

Partnerships and Clients

In May 2024, Atlas announced a partnership with GLDS to integrate Atlas CORE with the BroadHub OSS/BSS platform.[4] In June 2025, the company partnered with CommSoft to combine e-commerce capabilities with CommSoft’s OSS/BSS offerings.[5]

Several regional broadband providers have publicly announced deployments of Atlas CORE. For example, in June 2025, MidSouth Fiber Internet selected the platform to support e-commerce growth.[6] Earlier client deployments included GoNetspeed,[7] Dobson Fiber,[8] and Ezee Fiber.[9]

Reception

In February 2025, Atlas Digital Group reported that its CORE platform had generated more than $2 billion in lifetime broadband revenue for its clients.[10] The company also reported maintaining a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +90 or higher each year since it began measuring NPS in 2023.[11]
