Draft:Aldo Chioratto
I think the biography will fail. Aldo Chioratto is not notable. The medal, however, may be. The event probably is. I suggest repurposing this draft

Aldo Chioratto (October 5, 1922 – September 18, 1932) was a Brazilian boy scout and student who was killed in a bombardment carried out by the Brazilian Federal Aviation in the Constitutionalist Revolution of 1932.
Biography
Born in Campinas into a family of Italian origin, the son of a dyer, Chioratto studied at the State School Orosimbo Maia [pt]. He was affiliated with the Regional Commission of Campinas, and later joined the Crusade of Scouts for the Constitution, a scouting association dedicated to assisting the Constitutionalist movement.[1][2] He was incorporated into the forces of São Paulo at the request of colonel Mário Rangel, serving as a volunteer tasked with carrying correspondence between military posts and railway stations.[3][4]
On the morning of September 18, a bombardment ordered by the then Air Force Major Eduardo Gomes[5] targeted the area surrounding the railway station of the Paulista Railway Company – the site currently known as Central Station –, injuring dozens of civilians and fatally wounding the 9-year-old boy, who died in service.[6][7]
Legacy
Chioratto was buried in the Cemitério da Saudade, where his grave still lies.[8] In July 1966, his remains were transferred to the Obelisk of São Paulo[9], where they rest with those of combatants and other figures of the Constitutionalist movement, such as the "Tribune" Ibrahim de Almeida Nobre and the poet Guilherme de Almeida.[10]
On August 25 2017, a medal for public service, established by the state government of São Paulo, was named in his honor.[11] On September 18 2025, Chioratto was posthumously awarded with the Colar de Honra ao Mérito by the Legislative Assembly of São Paulo, the highest distinction of the House, in recognition of his bravery.[12]
