Leaking
Sometime in late 2004, many of Don’t Tread On Me's demo tapes were leaked on the now defunct 311 Bulletin Board, after someone supposedly hacked into lead singer Nick Hexum’s e-mail, stealing the files and uploading them to the site. The band was unhappy and went as far as calling out leakers and removing any mention of the album’s demos from the site.
