Corsano has performed [ 1] [ 3] with artists including Evan Parker ,[ 4] Sunburned Hand of the Man ,[ 5] Six Organs of Admittance ,[ 6] Dredd Foole ,[ 7] Bill Orcutt ,[ 8] Kim Gordon ,[ 8] Björk (on the studio recording and world tour for Volta ),[ 9] Thurston Moore ,[ 10] Jim O'Rourke ,[ 11] Jandek ,[ 12] Matt Valentine,[ 9] Nels Cline ,[ 13] Vibracathedral Orchestra ,[ 14] Cold Bleak Heat,[ 15] Michael Flower ,[ 16] C. Spencer Yeh ,[ 17] Mette Rasmussen,[ 18] John Edwards,[ 19] Sylvie Courvoisier ,[ 20] Okkyung Lee ,[ 21] and Nate Wooley.[ 22]
Corsano has performed with saxophonist Paul Flaherty for more than twenty years and on more than twenty records in a style they call "The Hated Music."[ 1] [ 23] He has also recorded several albums each with Rangda (trio with Sir Richard Bishop and Ben Chasny ),[ 24] Chikamorachi (duo with Darin Gray),[ 25] and Vampire Belt (duo with Bill Nace ).[ 26]
Corsano received a Foundation for Contemporary Arts Grants to Artists award in 2017.[ 1]
