Chelsie Baham (born December 28, 1996) is an American reality television personality. She is the winner of the 26th season of the American reality television series Big Brother.^[1] She competed on the Big Brother season of The Amazing Race.

Baham attended Rancho Cucamonga High School and played college basketball for Biola University and La Sierra University.^[2][3][4]

CBS announced Baham as a Big Brother 26 houseguest on July 15, 2024.^[5] After losing the Downgrade competition on Night 1, Baham began the game at a significant disadvantage, as she was unable to compete for safety in the Week 1 Head of Household and Power of Veto competitions.^[6] Despite this setback, she relied on her strong social game to build relationships throughout the house, allowing her to avoid nomination during the opening weeks. Keeping a relatively low profile, Baham minimized her threat level while strategically positioning herself within the house. When she eventually became Tucker Des Lauriers' secondary target, she secured her safety by winning an AI Arena competition.^[7] Although several of her closest allies were eliminated before the jury phase, leaving both Baham and Cam Sullivan-Brown in a weakened position, she successfully rebuilt her standing in the game. During the jury stage, she formed a pivotal partnership with Makensy Manbeck, and together their strategic coordination and competition success helped eliminate opposing players while advancing both women to the endgame. Baham was awarded the $750,000 grand prize by the season's jury, winning by a unanimous vote of 7–0 over Manbeck, and she became the first woman to play a perfect game of Big Brother.^[8]

Baham made also a guest appearances on Big Brother: Unlocked.^[9]

In 2025, Baham competed on The Amazing Race 38 partnered with her father, Jack Baham.^[10] The pair finished in fifth place and were eliminated in Corbetta, Lombardy on Leg 10 of the race.^[11]

Baham is the niece of Niecy Nash.^[12]
