Binny and Family is a 2024 Hindi-language film directed by Ssanjay Tripaathy and produced by Balaji Motion Pictures, Mahaveer Jain Films and Waveband Productions.[1] The film is presented by Balaji Telefilms and Mahaveer Jain in association with Shashank Khaitan and Mrighdeep Singh Lamba.[2] It stars Anjini Dhawan, Pankaj Kapur, Rajesh Kumar, Himani Shivpuri, Charu Shankar and Naman Tripathy.[3][4] It was released on 27 September 2024 to positive reviews.[5][6][7]

Plot

A conflicted, punk and rebellious teenage girl Binny living in London, and her small-town conservative grandfather from a small town in Bihar are as different as chalk and cheese. A dramatic incident in their lives connects them together. Can they become friends and make a difference to each other's lives? Binny and Family, an emotional roller coaster and a coming of age drama of three generations, explores that.[8][9]
