Bilolutsk (Ukrainian: Білолуцьк, Russian: Белолуцк) is a rural settlement in the Starobilsk Raion of Luhansk Oblast in Ukraine. Prior to 2020, it was located in the Novopskov Raion. Population: 3,695 (2022 estimate)^[2]
