Befu Station (別府駅, Befu-eki) is a passenger railway station located in the city of Kakogawa, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan, operated by the private Sanyo Electric Railway.

Befu Station is served by the Sanyo Electric Railway Main Line and is 32.2 kilometers from the terminus of the line at Nishidai.[citation needed]

History
Befu Station opened on August 19, 1923 as Befu-kitaguchi Station (別府北口駅). It was renamed Dentetsu Befu Station (電鉄別府駅) on April 1, 1944 and renamed to its present name on April 7, 1991.[citation needed]

In fiscal 2018, the station was used by an average of 4,784 passengers daily (boarding passengers only).[1]
